WX-ONE Software is a fully managed DevOps platform built on GitLab. You get version control, CI/CD automation, and team collaboration tools, while we take care of running, maintaining, and securing the platform.
Q: How is this different from self-hosting GitLab?
You never have to handle installation, updates, backups, or security hardening. We run the environment in data centers in Germany, GDPR-compliant and certified to ISO 27001:2022, and deliver the availability and support level that matches your plan.
Q: Who is the service for?
For development teams, startups, and enterprises that need a reliable, low-maintenance platform for version control and CI/CD, from early MVP releases to mission-critical deployments that require high availability.
Plans and support
Q: Which plans are available?
There are three service tiers: Startup with 99% availability, Professional with 99.9% availability, and Enterprise with 99.9% availability and 24/7 support.
Q: When is support available?
On the Startup and Professional plans, you can reach our team on business days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enterprise customers receive around-the-clock support seven days a week.
Q: Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Yes. You can adjust your service tier as your team grows or your availability and support needs increase. Your data and projects are preserved throughout.
Billing
Q: How does billing work?
All plans are billed transparently on a monthly basis. There are no hidden costs, you pay the fixed price of your chosen service tier.
Q: Is there a minimum term?
Billing is monthly. Reach out to our team if you need tailored contract terms for larger organizations.
Security and compliance
Q: Where is my data stored?
Your repositories, pipelines, and artifacts are processed and stored exclusively in our data centers in Germany, fully GDPR-compliant.
Q: Which certifications are in place?
Our infrastructure is certified to ISO 27001:2022. Together with role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and regular security hardening, we protect your development processes.
